The FAIRMED Sri Lanka Country Office is a local branch of FAIRMED Switzerland is headed  by a Country Coordinator who plays a pivotal role in ensuring that FAIRMED's local initiatives are in harmony and aligned with its global objectives within the programme implementing districts.

The Country Office is staffed with a Country Coordinator, an Administrative Officer, Finance Officer, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Officer, Communications Officer, Partnership, Liaison, and Relationship Officer, and an Office Assistant.

At district level, the two projects are staffed by a Project Officer for the DIVISARANA project and a Project Lead, Admin and Finance assistant, three Project Officers and a Psychosocial Support Coordinator for the VAIHARAI Project.

The FAIRMED team is committed and works efficiently to ensure that the activities are implemented successfully to make a positive impact in the marginalized communities we work.
